  Asked for fresh chicken; got old, dried out chicken. I even bought the add-on bites and cookies.....horrible!!! Cashier said she didn't know what the cooks were doing.

  Dont go to the one on 77!!! I keep going back and I dont know why! Tonight was the last straw for me. This is the 3rd time I got wings overcooked to the point burnt and crispy to hard to eat! Which makes no sense when they cook them to order and I wait 9 mins everytime? They are always out of stuff, most times understaffed. Disappointed. Reccommend never to eat at the Lynnhaven KFC

  Went through the drive thru for the first time, staff quickly took my order, they were fast, professional and friendly. Food was hot and fresh. Will go back again.
